How do we book?

The first step is to set up a tour of the property and see if we are the right fit! Once we confirm your date, we will send over the paperwork to get you booked! Everything is online and seamless.

Is there a deposit required to save our date?

Yes, to get on the calendar, we will send you a contract, invoice, and questionnaire. The invoice will detail your retainer requirement. The retainer is 1 / 3 of the total cost of your invoice. The total invoice is required to be paid by 3 weeks prior to your event.

Do you have any insurance requirements?

We require our guests to purchase an event liability policy. This can be purchased as a rider to a current insurance policy you have, such as your home or car insurance.

What is the alcohol policy?

We allow you to bring your own alcohol to the venue. It is usually more cost efficient to do this yourself rather than using a caterer. We ask that you obtain a banquet license from VA ABC, this is usually only around $50.

We love the venue, but we’d like to hire our own photographer, is this okay?

Yes! You are able to hire any photographer you like, however this will not reflect our package price. Photography is included as a gift from Lumiere de Soi Weddings.

How long will it take to receive our photos after the wedding?

We know you can't wait to see your photos! This is why you will receive a sneak peek the week after your wedding! The rest of your gallery will be delivered within around 2 months.

Do you allow outside vendors?

Yes, if there is a service that you would like for your wedding that we do not provide, like full florals, or videography, then you are able to bring in an outside vendor. Just let us know ahead of time and if you need recommendations, please let us know!

Do you provide catering?

We do not offer in-house catering at this time. However, we provide dishware, glassware, and silverware for your event. We kindly ask that your caterer supply any necessary serveware. If you’re looking for recommendations, we’d be happy to share a list of trusted local caterers—just let us know what kind of menu you have in mind!

Are you pet friendly?

Yes! We love furry friends. Our guest suite is pet friendly and so are the grounds. We just ask that you keep your dog leashed if they are outside on the property and that you pick up after them. We provide bags and a bin for pet waste.
